Who We Are
With a background in construction and civil engineering, Managing Director, Joe McDermott, has always been interested in property. Joe gets great satisfaction from seeing his ideas transformed into their physical form and subsequently making a positive contribution to the built environment. Good quality housing is something society is always in desperate need of, and the process of creating, developing and delivering new homes fulfils not only Joe’s need to make a difference, but also these wider needs of the community. Anyone can spot an obvious development opportunity, but during Joe’s 12 years’ experience in the residential property development market, over 80% of the projects he’s successfully delivered have been far from obvious. It’s this unique talent for identifying hidden opportunities that add value to property assets, combined with an innovative and resourceful approach and his ability to build exceptional working relationships, which set Joe and Albright Dene apart.
